Collection & Recovery: Our recovery program is based on contingency fee and leverages our six years of expertise in servicing low value delinquent firsts. Our competitors typically focus on unsecured second liens and consumer loans and do not have on the ground representatives in the field to support our in house specialists.
Profit Participation Servicing: Profit Participation Servicing is designed for the institution looking to transfer servicing to an expert in non performing low value first liens. We are licensed to service collect and lend in all of the states we offer this program. Fees are based on performance incentives and standard monthly servicing fees.
