Andre Roques works as the Loss Mitigation and Performing Loans Manager for Home Servicing, LLC.  His varied experience includes a keen interest in economics and all aspects of business administration.  In business, Roques established relationships with mortgage investors, real estate investors and works with his team to provide long-range results for Home Servicing, while minimizing losses.  

Roques earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Roques is what Home Servicing looks for in a reliable and seasoned associate.  His hard work and dedication to the industry has made him an enviable resource. 

Roques high level of efficiency and solid financial systems/processes/loss mitigation knowledge, combined with a wide range of computer applications make him a valued member of the Home Servicing team. 

Additionally, Roques is a frequent guest speaker for Student Real Estate Association, as well as Student Finance Associations at Louisiana State University.

  

Service to community and a commitment to helping those around him have led Roques to routinely pledge support to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Recognizing his leadership, he was asked to lend his support to the YMCA corporate cup 5k, which benefits the YMCA’s continued mission to provide programs towards adult literacy, youth and teen development in the community, and while providing support for the working family.  He also participates in the Crescent City Classic 10k, which benefits the legendary City Park in New Orleans.
