Dustin Gouner serves a dual role at Home Servicing.  He is the Real Estate Owned Manager and coordinates all facets of due diligence.  With a desire to expand his analytical and communication skills Gouner joined Home Servicing with an eye towards marketing, management and sales of all real estate owned properties of Home Servicing. His analytical skills are applied as he assists in the due diligence phase with new loan pools that Home Servicing secures.  Known for his impressive background and efficiency, exemplary customer service, highly effective communication and organization, Gouner has literally worked his way up the corporate ladder to management.  

When asked what sets Home Servicing apart in the market place, Gouner replied, “Home Servicing helps customers by being far more proactive in attempts to reach resolutions 

on our assets than some of the big box servicers.  Our attempts give borrowers 

a greater opportunity to fulfill the basic need of keeping a roof over their 

head--- is personally rewarding.” 

Gouner has over five years in management at Home Servicing.  Prior to his career, he graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.  Gouner is a member of the Tiger Athletic Association and the LSU Alumni Association. He is also an alumni member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity and competes in area triathlons in his free time. 

Since 2005, Gouner has amassed a portfolio of over 800 REO sales with a gross income totaling approximately $18,500,000. Additionally his collection totals are over $700,000.  

Gouner supports the LSU Public Schools Education Partnership, Lighthouse for the Blind, and the Louisiana Kidney Foundation.
