Michael Cawthon currently serves as a distinguished member of Home Servicing, LLC’s board of directors. Additionally, Cawthon is a stockholder in the company.  

Cawthon who is the director of Arjuna Capital, LLC, previously served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs with oversight for the sub prime and distressed (scratch and dent) mortgage whole loan trading businesses.  

Known as a leader in the mortgage industry, Cawthon holds a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Arkansas.  

Cawthon supports the University of Arkansas Foundation, in addition to the Win Rockefeller Cancer Institute, Center for a Better South, and The Reason Project.
